We offer 4 billing cycles - monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually. You are free to chose between them during check out. Don't worry, you can always change your billing cycle at any time by opening a ticket on our hepdesk. Also there are no contracts, you are free to cancel your server at any time.
We support and provide Windows 2016 and Windows 2019 on almost all servers. A server with minimum of 4GB of ram is required. Customer is responsible for their own license. Once you have purchased a server, please get in touch with out support via helpdesk ticket and we will start the Windows install for you.
All servers are instantly setup after payment is received. If your server is not up in 5 minutes or less, please contact support.
Yes we do on all servers. You can check our currently available ISOs here. If the ISO you'd like to use is not in our library, we will be more then happy to add it. Please open a ticket on our helpdesk supplying us with a link to the ISO, and we will make it available to you asap.
